Rob Pero is the CEO of Perodigm, an award-winning digital agency that offers integrated marketing solutions that include a strategic blend of traditional marketing and public relations, social and digital media, video production, community outreach and target audience (buyer persona) development. Rob is known as an innovative and strategic entrepreneurial leader that, drawing on the last 20 years of successful experience, spends the time required listening to each client to ensure he can help them “drive the needle”. Rob is the Vice-President of the BOD for the American Indian Chamber of Commerce. His business is also a strategic partner with First American Capital Corporation an the marketing arm for the American Indian Chamber. In collaboration with the chamber, Rob’s team helped develop and produce the Native Business Development Center, and online video series featuring Wisconsin’s premier Native industry leaders. He also provides marketing consulting and support to NATOW and works closely with the Director and BOD to develop and execute Native Tourism initiatives across the country. Rob is a member of the Bad River Band Tribe of the Lake Superior Chippewa. He holds degrees in graphic design and architecture from Full Sail and Madison College. He continues to work to make Perodigm a leader in crafting narratives that connect. Using the famous Native American proverb as guidance, “Tell me a fact and I’ll learn. Tell me a truth and I’ll believe. But tell me a story and it will live in my heart forever” Perodigm works closely with each client to capture the essence of the business and not just the products, services, features, and benefits. Rob continues, “telling stories is the oldest form of communication and the only communication that transcends cultures, languages, and age. There are businesses currently sharing Native stories but the real opportunity lies in the peer-to-peer stories that have yet to be told. My goal is to help provide a voice for cultural and economic growth in the Native American community.”

Rob will be serving on the Economic Development Panel during this year's Tourism Conference. We hope to see you all there!
