Understanding how to use social media effectively is as easy as looking at your life. The similarities are almost scary! People want to hear from your business - you may not think it's true - but it is. They don't want to hear about your deals, sales, and all the reasons they need to buy what you're selling.
They want to hear about you. Why did you start your business? Who are the people you work with? A behind the scenes look at your day, etc... Just like any dinner party or night out with friends, nobody wants to hear about your deals and sales, they want to connect with you. In turn, they will connect with your business and the connection will be based on a deeper understanding and not just deal hunting.
